This instrument adopts single chip microcomputer technology,controling the phase shifting to trigger the pulse,then trigger the external SSR-DV module.
The output AC voltage value of SCR can be changed continuously.The output voltage value can be set through panel keys.
The negative feedback system is adoptted to control the voltage changes due to power grid fluctuations,a relatively stable AC voltage is provided for the load.The machine is Suitable for resistive load,Such as heating control for blister machine or heating for temperaturec control equipment.

Wiring Diagrams
1,Setting stop working state:Press key P into non stop working state,then [PV] display"OF"and [SV]display nothing means stop working and no voltage output.press the P again the machine will be in stable or external full power working state.
2,Setting stable working voltage:Press "∧"(rising key) or "∨"(decreasing key) in stable state could change the setting value displayed on [SV].Setting [SV] into 100,if the [PV] follows to change into 100 that means they are in stable woring state and 100 AV voltage was output.Note:[PV] flickers means the voltage can't reach 220V if current grid voltage was below 220V and [SV] was set 220V
3,External full power out operation:Following the diagram to link "external switch".Closing the external switch in non stop working state will enter into external full power working state,disconnect the switch will get out of this state and return to stable working state.
Notes
OPERATION
If the PV shows 3 number on panel digital tube,it means the AC output voltage value from SCR,SV shows 3 number means the set AC output voltage value,there are 3 working states
1,Stop working state:no output voltage,[PV] display"off",[SV] no display
2,Stable working state:the set voltage output,[SV]display set voltage,[PV] dieplay output voltage(change follow the set voltage)
3,External full power output state:external switch closed,output maximum voltage(not stable voltage),[SV]keep original set,[PV]display "PH" means full power output state at present.
NOTES
1,Linking the output,input,power supply and load wires proper according to the diagram,the working power supply of voltage must be in-phase with the load it controls,or the voltage regulator would be damaged.\t
2,The fast fuse have to connect with the input terminal of SSR-DV.\t
3,The output or input terminal of SSR-DV must be in series with the ammeter if it is connected,trigger signal is forriben to run through the ammeter!\t
4,Every phase trigger signal wire of SSR-DV connected to voltage regulator should very short and separated from other wires in case of triggering the SSR-DV uncontrol due to mutualinterference.\t
5,The rated current of SSR-DV must be more than two times the actual current,Large enough radiator
,good ventilation and heat dissipation are needed to ensure the temperature of SSR-DV is under 70° in any occasion."\t
6,Unapplicable load:IR fared or infrared ray,UV lamp tube(applicable on resistive load)
