The test principle:
This ELISA kit is designed to detect AOZ based on the principle of "indirect-competitive" ELISA. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. AOZ in the sample competes with the antigen for binding to the limited number of antibody.
The range of application:
This kit can be used in quantitative and qualitative analysis of AOZ residue in animal tissue ,honey etc.
