Instruction and features:
DZP Series Automatic Blister Packing Machine is an All in one automatic card blister packaging system (Blister form/ Cut blister/Product feed/Card supply//Seal) designed to meet a wide variety of packaging applications with high efficiency at economical price. Automatic blister mold forming instead of the traditional inventory reserves!
The plastic forms are placed in a die which is 28 pieces (can be less or more) consisted a crawler type circle. Thus the machine can perform fast and steadily. Each card is fixed by accurate alignment dowels. And they are also flexible when changing the different cards.
Workflow:
PVC feeding→PVC heating & positive forming →Blister towing & punching →Waste material collecting →Mechanical hand picking blisters into sealing molds→Inspecting the blister→Feeding automatically or by hand →Feeding & inspecting cardboard→2times heating under high pressure →Finished products
