2) How long is production time and delivery time?
a. Production time is about 5-7 days per set (5-30 letters). Detail production time should be decided according to production season and order quantity.
b. Delivery time usually is 3-4 days by express, 5-7 days by air, 15-25 days by sea.
3) How long is the guarantee for the sign?
The guarantee for LED is 2 years and the guarantee for the sign is 5 years.
If there are any problems during the guarantee period, just show us the photos and we will send you a new one for free.
