The thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of the plated and coated sheet ,paint and anodizing coating on aluminum/copper.
The Gauge takes the precision integrated probe,and uses principles of electro-magnetic induction and the eddy current effect ,which automatically detects the attribute of substrates.
It often used to measure the thickness of galvanizing layer,lacquer,porcelain enamelayer,phosphide layer,copper tile,aluminiumtile,some alloy tile,paperetc.(e.g. paint,plastic,porcelain enamel,copper,zinc,aluminium.chrome iron,nickle etc)
It is use on anodizing,varnish,paint,enamel,enamel,pastic coatings,powder,etc.applied to aluminum.brass.non-magnetic stainless,etc
