      A: We are a company which has our own trading department and factory.

2. Q: What is your sample policy?

      A: Free samples could be sent to test as request. We can arrange sample by DHL or UPS, but the courier   fee would be paid by customer.

3. Q:How many days do you need for prepare samples?

       A:  If without extra demand, it will be sent within 7days.

4. Q: How many days for mass producing?

       A: It depend on the order quantity.If order quantity is less than 1000pcs, delivery would be within 3 working days.

5. Q: What payment terms do you do?

       A:  We can accept T/T, L/C, D/P,Paypal, West Union ,MoneyGram .

       A: We have professional package for the products. Customized package are also available based on certain MOQ.
