Main technical features:
The hydraulic interlock function ensures accidental power failure, pipeline damage, etc., the grab will not open automatically, fully ensuring safety; When the grab is fully loaded, the hydraulic system maintains the rated working pressure, while the oil pump has low pressure and low flow unloading to minimize system heating. When the system pressure is reduced, the oil pump will increase the pressure to keep the system pressure stable at the rated working pressure, preventing the closing force and causing the material to fall. When the grab is opened, the oil in the rod chamber flows to the rodless chamber to realize differential control, speed up the opening speed of the grab and improve efficiency; Modular design for each control part of the grab, with strong versatility & easy replacement Self-lubricating bearings ensure the lowest maintenance work at the joint.
