This is our semi-universal dividing head, one of machine tool accessories for dividing workpieces into equal partitions. By using dividing scale ring, vernier, locating pin, index plate and change gear, workpieces placed can be divided into equal partitions according to your demand. It can be used for direct and indirect dividing. Able to complete gear, face and flute processing without need of accessories, however its whole construction  is the same with the universal type. The 24 quick-dividing holes can complete 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 division indexing. 3 dividing plates are attached  along with the dividing head for indirect dividing in any division indexing 2-50, 51-380 except prime numbers and certain other numbers.
