About the sample fee:

Q: Why do you charge samples fee?

A: We need to purchase material,pay for printing and embroidery of your customized designs and pay for our designers salary.

 

Q:Can the sample fee be refunded?

A:Of course,when trial order meets MOQ(1000pcs), the sample fee will be refunded, except the shipping cost.

   Small order will be refunded in proportion.

 

Q:How much is the sample fee?

A:The sample fee is dependent on your complexity of your designs.Our regular price is US$100 each design,including the shipping cost.We aims to develop your designs closed to your artwork,drawing and sketch.

 

Q:What is the sample time?

A:About 5-7 workdays according to different designs.

 

About MOQ:

Q:What's the minimun order quantity?

A:Normally MOQ is 1000pcs.We also welcome small order as initial order and hope there will be a big one after that.

 

About delivery time:

Q:What's the delivery time?

A:The delivery time is about 30-45 days after you approved production samples and received 30% deposit.

 

About payment term:

Q:What's your normal payment term?

A:We usually accept the T/T.30% deposit before production,70% balance before delivery.  Other payment term can be discussed.
