Manually Recessed Plate Filter Press 320 Series
Automatic chamber filter press use micro computer processor,PLC and touch screen to control every part's actions,such as cylinder,plate shifter,cloth washing etc.,and remoter control ports are left.
For different area requirements ,if need ,can make the filter press main frame with S.S.304 coating to avoid corrosion,for example Acid-Alkaline resistant.
Features of hydrualic filter press:
1.Reinforced PP filter plate resists stronger corrosion and high temperature with longer life
2.Hydraulic squeezing can perfectly avoid leakage
3.Best filter cloth are features of high solid-liquid seperation effect.
4.Every plate has been tested under high pressure of 21Mpa before delivery
5.The flatness of filter plate is lower than 25um which avoid leakage.
6.Feeding pressure is upto 2Mpa by design
7.High quality motor makes the whole machine running stable
8.Auto hydraulic maintaining pressure
9.Siemens PLC control all the process
