APPLICATION
Sand Paper Laminating Machine is used for:
1. Gluing material and laminating with other materials, suitable for laminating sand paper, lamb cashmere, fleece, plush, brown velvet, nonwoven fabric, EVA, leather, synthetic leather, etc.
2. Widely used in sand paper industry, clothing, shoes and hats industry, luggage, bag industry, interior decoration, car interiors, toy and other industries.
LAMINATING MACHINE FEATURES
♦ It adopts water-based glue.
♦ Improve the quality of the products greatly, save cost.
♦ Vertical structure, low breakdown rate and long service time.
♦ it adopts high-temperature net belt to press the compound into a layer 1, composite coating, and the mesh belt has automatic correction function, the composite material out neat, smooth, no deviation etc. improve the drying effect, and make the laminated product soft, washable, and strengthen adhesive fastness.
♦ This sand paper laminating machine has two sets of heating system, user can select one set heating mode or two sets, to reduce the energy consumption and lower costs.
♦ Surface of heating roller is coated with Teflon in order to efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against sticking on the surface of roller and carbonization.
♦ For clamp roller, both hand wheel adjustment and the pneumatic control are available.
♦ Equipped with automatic infrared centering control unit, which can effectively prevent the net belt deviation, and ensure the net belt service life
♦ Customized manufacturing is available.

4. How can I trust your quality?

- We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
- At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
- We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
- Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.
