Glow powder for Ink and painting:
1. How to choose ink and painting: General Please choose transparent ink (commonly known as light oil) and transparent paint (commonly known as varnish) to mix with glow powder. (Different objects choose different transparent inks. Such as objects is metal material, please choose metal ink. If objects is PVC PVC, please should choose PVC ink.). Colorless transparent, good light transmittance, no UV resistance; the organic solvent series of varnish, good light resistance, good weather resistance, stable chemical properties, good adhesion (according to the selection of different substrates). So recommend alcohols, propionic acids and epoxy resins. The viscosity of the ink is about 3000-5000 mooring.
2. How to choose Glow powder: please choose finer glow powder. The finer glow powder is not easy to precipitate And make the surface of the product smooth. If there is precipitation in the process of using, a simple way of mixing can be used to make the glow powder mix evenly.
3. How to operate: The proportion of the glow powder can be adjusted by the weight of 1:1.
1). The firstly You should add a luminous powder and then slowly adding ink or paint or solvent, when ink or painting or solvent covered luminous powder, please stop. 2). after about half an hour to 1 hours (how much time waiting is, according to the situation) When glow powder can be fully wet by ink or painting or solvent, then add the remaining ink or painting or solvent, then mixing. This process will avoid producing bubbles. 3). Before brushing the glowing paint, to add a white substrate on the surface objects or directly brush the glowing paint on white material, which can improve the brightness and extend light time. If the bottom color is dark, the brightness will be reduced. Thickness of glowing layer should not be lower than 100um. So should choose 80-120 mesh silk-screen.4). Glowing ink or painting After drying, brushing a layer of varnish with good water resistance for improving water resistance and surface smooth of products.
4. Glow ink paint can continue to shine for more than a few hours in the dark after absorbing any visible light. With high heat resistance, wear resistance, suitable for all kinds of surface paper, textile, wood, plastic, metal, pottery and other materials.
5. When printing, According to the speed of printing use diluent to adjust the viscosity of the ink.
Note: Can not to polish glow powder, that will reduce its brightness. In the process of configuration, can not to touch with iron products, have to choose glass or plastic containers, and do not use heavy metal compounds as additives. By hand or high speed agitation can be used to make the glow ink paint as uniform as possible.
Can not touch with water. So if it is water-based ink or paint, it can not be stored.
