We have Australian service center which doesn’t open service for water heater now. But it doesn’t take long.

We promise can change a new one in three years. If the tank is leaking, you need take a video that including nameplate, serial number, leakage situation and location. Video can’t be edited or separated. The freight is provided for oneself through consumer.

After you finalized your order, you should have seen an Order Confirmation page. If you saw that page, the order was successfully submitted. Q: How do I check my order status?

If the order is placed through bank transfer, then after receiving the fund, we’ll estimate the delivery date. Except providing the basic services no matter B/L or tracking number, products’ photos and videos will be provided during the whole production.
