OVERVIEW

Geonet is a high-density polyethylene liner that is ideal for applications such as landfill cells, leak location in double-lined systems, landfill caps for drainage and methane gas collection, and landscape drainage systems. Geonet is bixial and biplanar, presenting a rib formation that allows for high flow in both machine and cross-machine directions.

We have both 2-diamentional and 3 -diamentional designs; composited geonet is available on single side or both sides.

Production Introduct

Customerized 2-Diamentional Geonet

Bi-planar geonet production starts from the delicate chosen  quality resin blended with carbon black, UV stabilizers and antioxidants to ensure the product endures long. The material must pass testing requirements and inspection prior to shipment.

Composite drainage geonet is a new type of drainage geotextile material, by the special extrusion molding technology processing, 3-diamensional special structure with vertical channel arrangement, together with the excellent protection from above /below geotextile with filtering function,  makes a drainage  channels more efficient.  it is the one of the  most ideal drainage material for landfill and railway/highway construction.


Geonets do not need to be further protected from UV degradation during shipping or storage since it contains UV-addative

Our Geonet is available in sizes ranging from thickness 200mil ( 5mm) to 330 mil (8mm), width 6.5ft (2meters) to 13ft (4merters)  and length usually from 66ft ( 20meters to 164ft (50meters).  It exhibits excellent chemical resistance. The geonet is also stabilized against ultraviolet radiation.
