Magnesium Stick

Magnesium rods are excellent sacrificial rods, and they are used to protect the inside metal surface of your water heater tank. Magnesium anode rods tend to be consumed quicker than Aluminum or Aluminum/Zinc/Tin anode rods due to the higher voltage they create during the sacrificial process.

The magnesium corrodes instead of your tank, so with the magnesium rod, the system will have longer life span. And we suggest to change a magnesium rod every year for the solar tank.
