Q1: How long is your delivery time?

A1: About 20-30 days for full container load, and it’s also based on the colors you ordered.

Q2: Do you provide free samples?

A2: Yes, we can offer the samples for free. But we are not able to cover the delivery fees.

Q3: How do you guarantee the quality of your flooring?

A3: All of our production process are under strict control by individual QC team, and our flooring has passed SGS and CE authentication!

Q4: Do you offer other products besides Super-Click?

A4: Yes, we also produce dry-back ( glue-down type ) vinyl flooring of 2.0/ 2.5/ 3.0mm thickness.

Q5: The thickness and size of the Super-Click lock floor is fixed? How many types are available?

A5: The sizes are fixed, the long plank is 6*36 inches, the square plank is 18*18 inches. And we have two thickness for you to choose: 5.2mm with 0.3mm wear layer and 6.2mm with 0.55mm wear layer.

Q6: What tools are needed to install the Super-Click floor?

A6: You only need very simple tools: a pen, a ruler and a sharp knife will do the job. Electric saws are even better.

Q7: What kind of preparation is needed before installation?

A7: Before installation, you need to ensure the ground is horizontal, smooth and clean, lay the flooring material horizontally in the room(ideal temperature is 18℃ to 25℃) to acclimatize at least 24 hours.

Q8: How is the packaging? Will it be damaged during transit?

A8: In addition to custom-made cartons, we use high quality fumigated wooden pallet to pack our goods to ensure safe transportation.

Q9: While using the Super-Click flooring, is there anything needs paying attention to?

A9: While using the Super-Click flooring, please avoid sharp objects scratching the floor. It’s okay to clean it with wet mops, but please don’t soak the flooring in water for long. To maintain the floor better, use water-borne wax on a regular basis.
