1. The whole structure:This machine integrates mechanical and electrical together. And the whole machine is controlled by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller).
2. Photoelectric on membrane:It adopts PLC control photoelectric correction system, and equipped with high-precision stepping motor, to ensure the integrity of the packaging film pattern, it can control the system of complete synchronization,length fixing, orientation and speed of whole machine.
3. Adjusted the bag length: If turn off on the membrane system, you can adjust the parameter to adjust the bag length, although the film width is fixed, so as to adjust the amount of packaging.
4. Measurement and subpackage method: The machine according to the measuring cup size and measuring the regulating handle manually adjust to realize partial shipments and measurement function.
5. All functions: this machine is fully automatic machine. Can automatic accounting bag (film), on film, The date of printing (need to match the ribbon code printer linkage device), measuring, filling, sealing, cutting film ,and so on.
