1. Tire Rubber shredder is  mainly  consists  of a base,  frame,  roller,   roller bearings,  roller distance adjusting device,  transmission device,  heating and cooling equipment,

 

safety brake, motor and reducer.

 

 

 

2.Two parallel arranged relative rotary hollow cylinders installed on 

 

the frame, the upper machine cover is fixed with bolts and frame, the lower end of the frame with the stud is fixed on the base, a distance adjusting device through the worm wheel and the front roller connected to rotate the hand wheel to adjust the roll gap.

 

 

 

3.The back roll is provided with a coupling, the motor through 

 

Hardened reducer and coupling to power the back roll, and make the back roller rotates, the other end of back roll is provided with the roller speed ratio gear, it and the front roller speed ratio gear, the front and rear roll relatively rotate.

 

 

 

4.To adjust rubber mixing process, the roller temperature through heating and cooling device for adjustment. For the operation security,

 

 rubber mixing machine is provided witha safety brake device, when the draw rod, can be 

 

automatically cut off the power, realizes the parking brake.
