1. What kind of payment terms are acceptable ?
KARA: Currently we accept T/T, WN payment.
For small oders( Less than 1000 USD), full payment in advance;
For bulk orders, 30% payment in advance, balance done before delivery.
2. What is the delivery time?
KARA: Small orders: 15 days;
Bulk orders: 20-30 days.
3. What’s the products quality warranty ?
KARA: The products quality warranty is 12 months.
4. How do you ship the pressure gauges and other products ?
KARA: Before shipping, we use PC bag, corrugated carton, buble pack and buble box to pack the gauges carefully.
Shipping Method:
Express: FedEX, UPS, TNT, EMS etc. We provide cheaper, safer, faster delivery;
By Air: In some area, the freight by air is more expensive than express, plese attention;
By Sea: The most economic delivery, but take long time.
5. How do you control your products quality ?
KARA: All our products have passed CMC, ISO9001:2008, CE certificates. Besides, all material need to be inspected before using. All products need to be callibrated for twice during manufacturing.
