Computerized Back Part Shoe Lasting Machine Features
1. This machine works with the simutaneous actions of side cementing and heel tacking.
2. This machine works with touch screen PLC computer and graphic operation interface. it shows advantages of easy-operation and user-friendly.
3. Eash PU pad for side lasting function is with an auto pressure balance device, in order to achieve the best side lasting quality to any shoe shape.
4. The side lasting structure consists of 3 sub sets of controlable PU pads. How many sub sets of PU pads will work depends on shoe length.
5. There in a pair of pincers(left and right)for side lashing. The pincer in each side is controlable. Both pincers are also flexible in selection.
6. The structure of side lasting tips consists of 2 sets of tips on both side, which are equipped with pressure speed controlling systems.
7. Several operation modes are selectable on this machine: heel seat lasting, side lasting, side & heel seat last, auto cementing enabled or disabled.
8. Well-designed structures and suer-friendly control interface makes this machine being eligible to increase your productivity.
