Q1:Are you trading company or manufacturer?

-A1:We are manufacturer and trading company.

Q2:How long is your order lead time?

-A2:This depends on the size and complexity of the order.Generally,the lead time is 35days.If there are parts in storage.The lead time will shorter.We will confirm the lead time to you case by case.

Q3:Can you provide sample ?Is it free or extra?

-A3:For new customer ,we need the sample free.However ,we will refund it to you when the order can meet one 40 HQ quantity.For order customer.The sample is free.

Q4:Do you offer OEM or ODM service?

-A4:We can provide OEM&ODM service.

Q5:Do you provide after-sale service?

-A5:We will provide spare parts for each item in the container.Our technical and quality team will support you at any time.

Q6:What is your MOQ?

-A6:Normally,the MOQ is at least one 20GP container.For some items which has storage.The MOQ is 50 pcs.You can check it with our sales for details.

Q7:What about the payment term?

-A7:We can quote FOB and EXW price as customer required.The payment term is T/T,L/C etc.For the new customer,T/T30% deposit,balance before shipment ;for L/C order T/T100% pre-payment as order confirmation.

-A7:Quality is priority.We have quality control team to make sure your product can meet the standard from the incoming material to finished product.
