Q: The differences between ZL/ZK/XZK Series rotary granulator?

A: There are little differences. ZK series is the updated model of ZL series, because there are cutting knives around the screen mesh. XZK series is the updated model of ZK series, which has a lifting blade to help mixing and pushing the material.

Q: What is the deffience of blade and rotating internal breaker?

A: Due to the same working principle, there is no much difference.

Q: What is the deffience of cutting knive?

A: Yes, ZL Series has no cush cutting knive, that's why ZK/XZK series is the updated model of it.

Q: What is the deffience of discharge?

A: Yes, ZL Series is a diffusion model, it also can be two discharge. But ZK/XZK Series only has single discharge, it is no worry of product spilled.

Q:What is the difference of operation screen?

A: ZL series is much easier than ZK/XZK series, because it is simple. Also it can be PLC control, just depended on your requirement.
