### Sulfamic Acid / acid dyes / removes nitrides in diazotization reactions

Sulfamic Acid
Molecular Formula: NH2SO3H.
Molecular weight:97.09
--White orthorhombic crystal. Nonvolatile, nonhygroscopic, smell-less. High stability at normal temperature and can maintain original quality for several years. Freely soluble in water and liquid ammonia, strongly acidic in water solution.
--Slightly soluble in methanol, insoluble in ethanol and ether. Characteristics of double functional group of amidogen and sulfonic radical, may go on chemical reaction with many matters.
-Melting point is 205℃, decomposing temperature is 209℃. 

Sulphamic acid is used in manufacturing of Dyes, Pigments and in the dyeing of leather:

Sulphamic Acid removes excess of nitrides used in the diazotization reactions in the manufacturing of dye stuffs and pigments. Nitrides if present in process water of effluents can also be removed by using Sulphamic Acid.

As a cleaning agent of descaling:

Sulphamic Acid is effective descaling agent, It is used for cleaning kinds of industrial equipment and domestic appliances. It can remove rust, limescale, corrosion. It is widely used in cleaning of metal, ceramic, and boiler compound, floor Surface, household Equipment, condenser, chemical pipelines etc.
