Name: Bed
The bed section uses the rectangular three guideway guide to be used for the longitudinal movement of the sliding box and tailstock. Besides, the bed uses the phenolic sand molding and High quality cast iron casting. The cavity adopts the sand sealing structure. The Clearance Hole is set under the bottom of the machine with the good chip removal performance.
Name: Headstock
The headstock has the independent control system and the lubrication system.
Name: Tailstock
The tailstock is the up and down Split structure Style. In the lower part, there are the tailstock rapid moving device, check back device, oil pump and so on.
The tailstock does the longitudinal movement along with the inner two guideways of the bed.
Name: Center rest
The chuck lathe offers two kinds of the center rests, the closed center rest and open center rest.
