Pre-Operation Set-Up

1. Open the relief valve to fully recess the piston, and close tightly.
2. Rotate the yoke fully counter clockwise to bottom out the adapter seat.


Operating Instructions
1. Remove pin and open top yoke.
2. Select correct die set.
3. Insert the die into yoke.
4. Position fitting and hose in the crimper and close the yoke.
5. Insert pin securely.
6. Turn body of tool clockwise until dies are snug against hose fitting.
7. Turn hydraulic valve to CLOSE position.
8. Pump handle to crimp fitting onto hose, continue pumping until handle comes to a stop.
9. Once crimp is complete, turn hydraulic valve to OPEN position.
10. Turn tool counter clockwise until top yoke can be rotated away from piston portion of yoke.
11. Romove holding pin and open yoke.
12. Remove hose assembly.

A:Our inspector will check samples before mass production, after start production, we also have some inspectors check product every half an hour when we machining them, besides, before shipment, they will recheck parts to make sure it is good parts. If the products do not meet specification, our inspector will reject it and inform our customer what situation for this item, also we will find a solution.
