       Usually speaking, it is 30 days. However, if you have special requests, we will try our best to meet your requests.

       Usually, it is 3 days. If you have special requsts such as OEM requests, the lead time will be a little longer accordingly.

       Certainly. All our products have 1 year warranty. Meanwhile, after sales, if you have any technical questions, We are responsible for solving them.

       We accept T/T, L/C for big amount order and Western Union and Paypal are accepted for the small amount order.

Q6: Can I make our logo/barcode/company name/website/series numbers on your LED products?

       Absolutely, no problem. We can also use your artwork and idea to pack your order.

Q7: Can I order samples for test quality?

       Certainly, it is OK. Normally, sample is free. However, for special request sample and big quantity samples, it needs some expense.
