GRANULATOR
Granulator blade is installed in plastic granulator machine used for grinding or cutting the chunk plastic or plastic cement into
small-sized scraps. Generally a pair of crusher blade has 3 pieces smash moving blade and 2 pieces stationary blade. They are made
out of different materials depending on cutting application. Solid blade and inlaid blade are the common designs.
Standard materials: D2 / M2 / TCT/SKH-2/ 9CrSi
Finish: Precision finish, Mirror finish, Lapping finish available
Designs: Solid Tool Steel, Tungsten Carbide Inserted
Application: grinder, shredder, and granulator and crusher machine
