Q: How do your factory do quality control?
Our factory is ISO certified with complete QE process for incoming materials and finished products.
Q:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
Q. What is the lead time for mass production?
The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to15 days. For bigger orders typically 30days and this need to be confirmed case by case depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It is suggested that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ?
Different products has different prices, although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will have different price, as suppliers, we promise to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers!
Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
