1. What is the material of your plastic moulds?
A: it is PP or ABS plastic material
2. What is your MOQ?
A: if the moulds have stock, we can sell any quantity as customer want, if without stock, MOQ has to be 100 PCS.
3. Will you do the customized design?
A: yes, we can. but this is the Injection plastic forming technology, so if you need customized design, customer have to afford higher cost for the steel mother mould, or the MOQ has to be at least 500-1000 pcs.
4. Will these plastic mould need release agent for the Demoulding?
A: yes, you can use the wasted engine oil, or the demoulding Chemical
5. How long time can the plastic mould be released before they can be used again?
A: If the temperature above 20 degree, need around 20-24 hours. if Temperature lower, then need some more hours.
