1. YOU: Are you a manufacturer or trading company? 

LEUNGIFT: We are a manufacturer, we have our own factory to produce notebook and paper products, and we have foreign team to supply clients wanted products.

2. YOU: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

LEUNGIFT: Yes, we do. And we can do a small MOQ for some clients who just start their business.

3. YOU: How about sample cost?

LEUNGIFT: We provide free existing samples for you to test the quality, and if you need customized sample, please send us artwork, and our sales will tell you the cost details.

4. YOU: What's your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?

LEUNGIFT: We have some products in stock, and the MOQ can be 1 pc with your logo UV printed. And some other products MOQ, please contact our sales to get details.

5. YOU: Whether your products have any test report?

LEUNGIFT: Yes, our products can pass SGS/BV test. Please tell us if you need the test report, and indicate it on Sales Contract.

6. YOU: What's the payment?

LEUNGIFT: Usually we accept T/T, L/C and Western Union. Almost 30% deposit first and the balance paid against B/L copy showed. And some order, you can order online,  we accept payment via Alibaba.

7. YOU: Can we use our own shipping agent?

LEUNGIFT: Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. Please tell us when you ask for FOB cost.

8.YOU: How to control the quality?

LEUNGIFT: We have our own QC department, our QC will inspect all goods before packing and during packing. Also, if you want the third QC company to check the goods, we also accept, and sometimes if you could be our VIP client, we will provide your free Alibaba good inspection service.
