Outer
Laminating a polyester knit with a thin and transparent film comes to the polyurethane laminate (PUL), waterproof and breathable, acts as a moisture barrier keeping all wetness and messes where they belong, preventing leaks and protect clothes and bed sheet.
Inside
Soft and absorbent suede cloth lining next to people' skin, wicking moisture away to hlep keep them dry.
Through front and back openings to place inserts absorbing liquid to keeps bottom dry. 
Size
* Wide elastic in waist and legs fit people snugly and comfortably, and velcro clousure creats easy and perfect wasit adjustment
* Snaps on crotch can fit each other for adjustment
* 4 sizes(XS, S, M, L) for people in different wasit and crotch height
The hook block can stick to the loop block on the wing to avoid scratching or being dirty in washing.
Insert (cost not inluded)
Matching insert works with the huge reusable adult diapers:
- rectangle insert 20x49 cm in 4 layers of thirsty microfiber or bamboo charcoal
- contoured insert in 3 sizes by 4 layers of microfiber

make iron model in the shape of adult diaper, and cut the fabrics spreading on the table with the model. or cut the model by the electric knife---------disptach the pieces to the workers, who sew elastic, attach velcro and snaps, sew around the edge with different machines-----------trim the adult diapers to be finished
