Working principle

1. The material is feed into the machine by belt conveyor or manual ;

2. The raw material is broken by the blades on the rotating main shaft ;

3. Breaking principle:The material is rotated, stirred and rubbed into fiber by machine, come out from outlet.

4. On the rubbing box of machine, there are drain holes, which can drain the impurities from breaking and don't mix with the final fiber;

5. Generally, it can be connect by the conveyor to the drum screener, dryer, fiber press machine to make further process.
