3240 epoxy board is made of electrical glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, dried and hot pressed.
Epoxy resins generally refer to organic polymer compounds containing two or more epoxy groups in the molecule. Except for a few, their relative molecular masses are not high.
The molecular structure of epoxy resin is characterized by the active epoxy group in the molecular chain. The epoxy group can be located at the end, in the middle or in a cyclic structure of the molecular chain.

The surface of 3240 epoxy board laminate is required to be smooth, free of bubbles, pits and wrinkles, but other defects that do not affect the use are allowed, such as: scratches, indentations, stains and a small amount of spots. The edges should be cut neatly, and there should be no delamination or cracks on the end face.
Features:
The cured epoxy resin system has excellent mechanical properties, high mechanical strength at medium temperature, and good electrical performance stability under high humidity.
Uses: Suitable for mechanical, electrical, electronic, electrical and other fields. It is also used in the processing of insulating parts, and processed into various insulating parts and equipment insulating structural parts.
The reaction between the epoxy resin and the curing agent used is carried out by direct addition reaction or ring-opening polymerization reaction of epoxy groups in the resin molecule, and no water or other volatile by-products are released. Compared with unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins, they show very low shrinkage (less than 2%) during curing.
