Mycard White PVC Sheets for Laser Printing (LPPS) are a new material of pvc ID card. LPPS is designed for printing applications using laser printers. Laser Printing PVC Sheets can be printed directly by laser printers like Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh, etc. After being printed, the sheets can be laminated with coated overlay film under the temperature between 100-150° C. Finally, the fused material can be cut into cards. This new material simplifies the process of making cards and decreased the cost, it is widely used for pvc card and photo id card production. 

How to use:

1. Print directly on the pvc sheets.

2. Hot lamination with PVC coated overlay film when the ink dries.

3. Punch out cards from the bonded PVC material.

4. Other art-works, such as embossing, hot stamping, hole punching, screen printing etc.

5. Get final PVC cards.
