* Question 1 :  Can I get free samples for quality evaluation?

Gold Dolphin Microfiber :  Absolutely. We are pleased to offer our customers with our shipment samples free of   charge. Kindly offer us your international courier account, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, we will dispatch samples once your courier account, consignee's full delivery address and telphone number are provided.

* Question 2 :  What if I don't have my own courier account for sample delivery ?

Gold Dolphin Microfiber :  Please don't worry, we will check the door to door shipping freight on our courier account. If you accept our shipping freight offer, you may prepay to us in advance and we will dispatch upon payment received and inform you of the tracking# once sent out.

* Question 3 : What shall I do if want to have my own custom logo on the product ?

Gold Dolphin Microfiber : Custom logo is welcome. Please provide us with your artwork in Adobe illustrator, our professional designer will check your artwork whether it's  workable. If all is ok, we will submit a layout for your confirmation before proceeding and issue an invoice for sample charge.

* Question 4 : How long does it take to produce a custom logo sample ?
 
Gold Dolphin Microfiber : It depends on your logo type and the towel color you selected. Normally,  it takes around 7~10 days for standard colors.

* Question 5 : Can you make custom material color? and any surcharge?
 
Gold Dolphin Microfiber :  Absolutely, but it requires a certain quantity of rolls of fabric to dye. Please check with our sales based on specific request. Dyeing charge is required.

* Question 6 :  For custom-made fabric color, how to confirm the fabric color?

Gold Dolphin Microfiber :  We will make a small piece of lab dip color for you to check, if you are satisfied with our lab dip color, we will proceed for the whole rolls.
