Shaking table is one of the main equipment of gravity concentration.It is one of our flagship mining equipment
which enjoy very high, up to 95% high recovery ratio.It is widely applied on separating Gold, Silver, Tin,
Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury,
Copper, Aluminum, Niobium , other rare metals & the noble metal ore.
Working Principle:
Gold mining machine is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transerse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surfa-ce and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be collected.

1) Head Motion
6-S shaking table is furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil
reservoir for perfect splash lubrication.This advantage protects the moving parts, reducing operating and
maintenance costs to a minimum.
2)Feed and Water Box
A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck.
It gives a very even distribution of feed and water.
3)Support types
There are three supporting device types of the shaking table for your option,namely Traditionary type,10# channel
steel support or 28#channel steel support.
4)Decks & Riffles
Our model of 6S Shaking Table is 6S-4500, it has three distinct deck designs for your choice.
Normally we call them Coarse sand deck, Fine sand deck and Slime deck, which are 46/60/88/120/138 Riffles
available --the prices of different riffles are the same.
The coarse deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm;
The fine deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm;
The slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles from 0.037 mm to 0.1 mm.
According to different feeding positions, shaking table is divided into right-type and left-type.
Feed position of the right-type is on the right to its body; left-type is on the left.

If you order less than 5 sets of shaking table,the shaking table would be packed in iron frame,which makes sure of
their safety during the international transportation.
Due to the big size ,the shaking table is packed in two Iron frame packages ,one for support frame,transmission box,electric motor and the other for table .
If you order more than 8 sets,we can ship the gold shaking table by 20" or 40"container.
20″ GP container can hold 12 sets gold shaking table.
40″ HQ container can hold 24 sets gold shaking table.
