This machine is mainly used to stir the granules with glue and pigment to be different types rubber compound for the next vulcanization 

This machine is used to heat , vulcanize and solidify the rubber compound from mixer machine to be 500*500mm rubber tiles .This machine needs totally 8 set molds . One set molds includes one top mold and two bottom mold . As showed in picture , the machine is equipped with 8 set manual type adjustable rail device , which is used to push mold in and out for easy operation 

This machine is used to heat , vulcanize and solidify the rubber compound from mixer machine to be 1000*1000mm rubber tiles .This machine needs totally 2 set molds . One set molds includes one top mold and two bottom mold . As showed in picture , the machine is equipped with 2 set automatic type adjustable rail device , which is used to push mold in and out for easy operation
