Product Description

TN-AFA-HRP-150 is a benchtop roll-to-roll electrode coating system. Such system features electrostatic dust remover for particle-free coating environment. The pressure adjustable calender allows the substrate to be compressed right after the bake-out. The roll-to-roll fashion enables the continuous treatment process: substrate feeding, tape casting, bottom heated drying, oll pressing, reeling the processed electrode. It is ideal for coating applications such as lithium-ion battery electrode slurry, solid state electrolyte film, and ceramic film research.

Coating Method & Precision	Tape casting is done with a doctor blade on a flat plate:  Doctor Blade Coating technique Coating Thickness Precision: 10 microns. One 150mm blade is included. MSK-AFA-HRP-150 can take blade up to 180mm width.

Static Dust Removal System	The use of static system helps eliminate the dust particles accumulated on the substrate and ensure a dust-free coating environment.
