Q1: Can we get some samples?
A: We can provide free samples but charge for express or you can offer us your courier account.
Q2: Do you have stock? When can I get it if I place order?
A: For items sell online, 90% have stock, we can send out within 48 hours. For items not available, we need about 7-12 days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.
Q3: Can you make customized items?
A: Yes, OEM&ODM is available. We will design according to your request and make FREE 3D artwork for approve once order confirm. And 3D printer sample is available too.
Q4: Why your price on website is not same as real price?
