The system mainly controls the sub-process
Concentrated gamete process: after the feeding of the concentrated preparation tank, the control process of adding injection water, stirring, self-circulation and water temperature of the concentrated preparation tank is performed automatically.
Dilute gamete process: complete the liquid delivery, stirring, volume control, water temperature control and other operations from the concentrated preparation tank to dilute preparation tank.
Canning process: after the liquid preparation is completed, the control process of transporting the liquid from the dilute dispensing tank to the canning machine is realized.
Cleaning subprocess: according to the user's requirements, the realization of small clearance, large clearance automatic control operations.
Sterilization process: according to the requirements of the user, the sterilization process of the tank or the tank and pipeline is automatically completed.
Dilute distribution tank switching control: when dilute distribution tank 1 is finished in canning, automatically and quickly switch the canning process to the automatic process of dilute distribution tank 2.
