1.What is your MOQ?
A: Low MOQ 300pcs as trial order is welcomed. Please kindly advise the quantity and other requirements,
we will calculate the cost accordingly. With our high quality and good service, you will have a successful business.
2. Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide stock samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Samples charge will be refundable when the order quantity reaches a certain amount. Sending samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL.
If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
3.How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. 1-2pcs is free. If you want your own design, it takes 2-3 days, depending on the design.
4. How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 5-7 days for quantity within 1000pcs.
For those items available with low MOQ 500pcs, we can offer within 15 days.
5.What format of the file do you need if we want our own design?
A: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide AI or PDF, etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs)
We will make a drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
6.How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with Pantone color codes. So you can just tell us the Pantone color codes you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors for you.
7. What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment terms are TT, 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight.

9, What's the max printing size?
The max printing area is 700X1000mm. The max paper size is 720X1020mm.

If you want to distribution your printing products in China or Asia, we can provide low distribution cost and free storage for you.
11, Can you deliver the printing products to exhibitions in China?
