A: Yeah, we can provide sample for you. If need we also can do your logo directly to send to you.
2) If we place the order the sample charge is refundable or not?
A: When you place the order we will refund the sample charge to you. Meantime, when you place the sample order we also will send PI to you, all of these will remark on the file.
3) What kind of logo we can choose?
A: Laser engraving / Silk screen with multi-colors / Deep-die logo / Deep-die logo with multi-color fills / 3D logo embossed on color filled background and Embossed icon on plain surface. All these feature can do as your require.
4)Can we custom the packging?
A：We accept custom packging, normal will be opp bag, can do gift boxes or others as your require, logo also can be add, normally 500-1000pcs will be okay.
5)What's the delivery time of sample and mass goods?
A: For sample can be finished around 5-7days after the logo confirmed. For mass goods normally take 15-20days. If urgent order plsinformed in advance, then we can do something for help.
6)How to place the order?
A: Confirmed the order details---place the order in alibaba trade assurance or T/T, and done the deposit (30%)---produce the order---order finished take picture to check, if no problem then done the balance---shipped the goods and provide the tracking number---goods received.
