Product Overview
Description
The chain crusher relies on the high-speed rotary motion of the chain strip driven by the rotor to strike and crush the materials. According to the arrangement direction of the rotor, the chain crusher used to the production of mixed fertilizer has vertical and horizontal two types.
The LP vertical chain crusher is a single rotor structure consisting of a cylindrical outer casing, a rotor, upper and lower support bearings and a rotating part.
The horizontal chain crusher was developed to overcome the problem of raw material adhere to the wall and clogging problem of the vertical chain crusher.
It has two horizontally arranged parallel rotors, each of them is equipped with the same number of chain sets. When the material enters the chain crusher from the two inlets, it is hit by the rotating chain. then it is crushed at the higher tangential speed inside machine shell and collided with each other. and the crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge outlet.
