JY 2110 silicone antifoam agent for various industries

1 Properties and characteristics of products:                                                 

JY-2110 is a new type and high efficient modified silicone defoam emulsion. JY-2110 is easily scattered in water system, can deform the bubble quickly, good durability in deforming, which can be applied in strong acid and alkaline, good stability, especially suitable to the water system with high demand bubble defoaming requirements.

 3 Usage way and dosage:                                                                         

1) Stirring uniformity before using. In order to achieve the best effection, must scatter defoaming agent completely in foam medium. Thus you can also dilute antifoam with 1 ~ 5 times amount of cold water in advance, when diluting the antifoam, should adding defoaming agent into water with stirring water slowly and and mixing them blending. Diluted defoaming agent shall be immediately used.                                       

2) If the defoaming agent-using system has fully mixing or turned equipments( can make the defoaming agent spread uniformity in sparkling medium), the defoaming agent can be directly joined into sparkling medium, there is no need for diluting.                                                                               

3) Subject to the influence of the factors of foaming medium, foaming temperature, chemical charateristics, foaming content, difference in stiring etc, the exact appropriate concentration must be estimated by clients via testing.

1), for sizing agent under high speed hydraulic looms, spray adhesive cotton pulp, latex and medium temperature dyeing and printing,                                                                                 

2), industrial sewage, water quality stabilizer, and washing detergent,                                     

3), petroleum drilling mud, mining flotation industry                                                      

4), metal cutting fluid, metal cleaning liquid,                                                             

5), agro-chemical industry, washing, adhesive, organism fermentation,
