Product Application

The production line of hj-cpx spring roll sheet is made up of wrapper making machine, longitudinal cutting device, cooling conveyor belt, cutting machine and conveyor arranging machine.The wrapper machine has a vertical hopper and a baking wheel. As the material for making spring roll sheet is more sparse, the vertical hopper is more convenient to discharge materials, and is conducive to production.The baking wheel has automatic heating function in production.It can reach 160 degrees.There are two functions of heating, one is to fix the shape and thickness of the dough, and the other is to prevent the wrapper from sticking to the machine.Then by cutting machine has been shaped to cut into square block, convenient to sell.Cooling conveyor belt, as the name suggests, is equipped with a fan that automatically cools the conveyor.During the production process, the fan will continuously fan the products on the conveyor belt to cool the products and make the color and taste better.Then the opportunity to arrange the product automatically, saving manpower.All parts of the machine in contact with products are food-grade materials, which can be safely produced.

This production line can produce spring rolls, curries, egg skins and French pancakes and other flaky food with thickness of 0.3-0.8mm, applicable to food factories, restaurants, fast-food restaurants, etc.

The production line of hj-cpx series is divided into several models.Different types of machines vary in diameter, width and speed of the baking wheel, power of the machine, heating method of the baking wheel, appearance size and weight of the machine.The diameter of the baking wheel is 1.2m at most, and the minimum is 600mm.There are two widths of the dough, one is 450 mm and the other is 400 mm.The fastest peeling speed can reach 9420 mm per minute.The production first USES the electric heating plate or the electromagnetic heating method.The machine is 6 meters long, 1.4 meters wide and 1.8 meters high.The machine weighs up to 1500 kilograms.Although the parameters are different, we mainly recommend the appropriate products according to the customer's requirements.
