Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Reverse Dutch Woven Cloth for Plastic Extruder Screen  is a kind of stainless steel woven wire mesh. the larger count of wires is found in the warp and the smaller count in the shute, thus reversing the method used in plain dutch weave, twilled dutch weaves.

 

Reverse Dutch weave wire cloth is woven using two sizes of wire. Smaller wires are used in the warp direction and are woven with a larger  wire. The smaller wires are woven tightly together, providing a tight mesh for filtering. The larger wire provides strength to the mesh. The primary uses of this wire cloth are filtration and separation of liquid and slurry products.

 

There are two Weave types of reverse dutch weave mesh :

1. reverse Plain dutch weave mesh
   it has more and finer warp wires and fewer and heavier weft wires, giving high stability and good performance


2. reverse Dutch Weave but Twilled Weave mesh:each weft wire goes through two warp wires alternatively.The Reverse Dutch Twill Weave allows to use wires with larger diameters and gives better stability and strenght to the weft.
