 2.The material of the mold cavity is 7075  Magnesium aluminum alloy, so that the bottle surface is smooth and bright, the edges and corners are distinct. The thermal conductivity of aluminum is good, and the weight of the die is light, so as to improve the on-off speed of the mode. The polishing property is good, which can achieve the mirror effect and beautify the appearance of the product.

3.The material of the bottom mold is S136 high strength anticorrosive steel, and adopts the special circulation cooling water channel design, shortening the forming time and ensuring the quality of the bottle, cooling quickly and improving the product quality.
