1). Cold press oilseed: walnut kernel, Apricot kernel, flax seed, peony seed, etc.

2). Hot press oilseed: groundnuts, sunflower seeds, rapeseed, soybean, tea seed, etc.

3). Animal fat: tallow fat,chicken fat,lard fat, etc.

2. Main Features

Compared with the existing technology, the utility hydraulic cold oil pressing machine has the following advantages: continuous production, high degree of automation, simple structure, easy operation, high oil extraction rate, low cost,as follows:

 1). With the PLC control system ,realized  hydraulic oil press full automatic, intelligentize, serialization production .(Include feeding, pressing, pressure holding, cake unloading ,slag cake discharge restoration ,oil off ,oil pump and so on)

2). The using of ultrahigh pressure two-pass hydraulic cylinder, realized automatic pressing (pressure holding) ,cake discharge ,clapboard restoration trinity function

3). The press cylinder adopts tongue-and-groove structure, not only ensure the strength and stiffness requirements, but also convenient for disassembly and maintain.

4). The press cylinder adopts trapezoid form, upper and lower seal clapboard and both side plates can move freely from right to left or reverse, which will be more convenient for automatic cake unloading. 

5). With multi-press cavities, it helps to increase oil extraction rate, shorten the pressing time, enhances productivity.

6). Adopts double layer diversion clapboard, shorten the oil-way and oil outlet time, lower the residual oil in the cake. Thus increase production efficiency.

     7). Both side of the pressing clapboard laying fixed halftone, save the trouble of traditional cake packing, at        the same time, avoid the blocking of clapboard filtration pore.

Packing: Our oil machines adopt wooden case or power distribution cabinet and motors, reducers, and adopt solid packing for flanges, meters, valves,etc.

For all machines, after sand blasting and rust protection, also use film to keep cleaning before delivery, also fixing treatment to prevent rolling and collision.

Delivery: We have gantry cranes in every workshop for heavy machines, and forklifts for normal machines.
