The measure requirement of wall hung toilet :

1.\tthe distance of the the two hanging holes centre is 180mm or 230mm

2.\tThe distance between fill hole's centre and the flush hole's centre is 135mm

3.\tThe distance between flush hole's centre and the hanging hole's centre is 100mm

4.\tThe inner diameter of fill hole is φ52~φ58mm

5.\tThe outer diameter of flush hole is φ80~φ100mm

6.\tThe diameter of hanging hole can't less than φ20mm

7.\tThe height from the top surface of wall hung toilet to the floor is 400mm (10mm more or less)

Malfunction and solve way of flush valve :

Problem 1 : cannot flush water

Reason 1 : The flush pole distortion or break , Solve way : replace the flush pole

Reason 2 : The working water level too low ,Solve way : Adjust the working water level

Problem 2: Appear Leak

Reason 1: The sealed rubber can not seal water ,Solve way : Replace the sealed rubber

Reason 2 :The movement of flush valve is blocked ,Solve way : Wash the dirt of flush valve

1. How to choose the item suitable for me ?

A: Most of our concealed cisterns with CE & WRAS & WATERMARK & WELS certificates approval .pls kindly check our certificate item table for your reference ,or just contact with us for more details .

3. Can you provide the free samples?
A: If you are overseas buyers, and the price of the product is less than USD 50, we can provide a free sample, but you need to pay the freight .

4. What is the MOQ?
A: In general, up to 50 pcs.

5. How long is the delivery time?
A: Under normal conditions, LCL just need around 7~10days and 20GP & 40HQ need 20 to 25 days. The first time OEM order as need to confirm all package and logo drawings will need more time .

6. What is the push panel size?
A: 250x165mm for all 009 & 011 series cisterns ; 228x140mm for 010 series cistern

7. Is there the risk of leakage?
A: Our cistern tank is one piece out and implemented full-inspection, there are 0.01% risk of leaking. Tank body and fill valves and flush valves are 100% tested and finish products are sampling inspection,the risk less than 0.1% of leaking normally.

8. How to solve the after-sales problem?
A: we provide free spare parts for each shipment of 1% cistern order qty. If any quality problem , small problem provide spare parts and big problem we replace the cistern and pay for rebuild fee.

9. Does it have the noise avoiding?
A: Tank body with foam & with silent fill valve & flush valve to debase noise.
