Q: 3.Should we pay for the sample cost?

A: Yes, you need to pay. If we have the bag in stock, we just charge the wholesale price and you should take care of express charge.If the bag is customized, the sample charge according to your exact requirement. Please do not worry about this, we will refund the sample cost when your order bags reach to 1000pcs.

Q:  4.What is the lead time for bag samples and bulk ? 

A:Current sample in stock needs 1-3 days, customized sample needs 7-9days.and the bulk time is 10-20 work days.

Q:  5.How to proceed the order if I have custom logo or other details in the bags?

A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if sample is available, finally we will go to mass production.
